We are looking for a Customer Service Representative that will handle the following:
- Check and handle drafts sent by the clients to avoid any misinformation.
- Check VGM data in the system to check for missing information
- Late arrival requests control
- Loading intention
- Print originals Bl and make them available to the clients.
- Communicate with customers to establish better relations
- Work closely with Sales Team having better comprehension regarding Customers' needs
Requirements:
- Degree in Trade International business, or related areas
- Upper intermediate to advanced English level
- Office 365 mainly excel and word
- Customer Service Ability
- Multi-task
- Customer-oriented
