O que você fará:
Gestão de Relacionamento com clientes B2B;
Onboarding de novos clientes e usuários;
Retenção de clientes através do NPS;
Identificação de oportunidades de Upsell e Upgrades de produtos;
Condução de CBR – Customer Business Reviews;
Análise de dados e relatórios;
Trabalho em cross colaboração com stakeholders;
Cumprimento de KPIs como NPS, Health Checks, CBRs, geração de leads.
O que você precisa ter:
Disponibilidade para trabalhar no modelo híbrido sendo 2 dias presenciais (terças e quartas) em nossos escritório localizado na Av. Paulista (Consolação) e os demais remotos, de 9h às 18h ;
Inglês a nível conversacional intermediário ou avançado para atuar com a equipe global;
Experiência prévia com customer success.
