Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in a consulting role working with stakeholders, driving customer technical implementations or transformation programs.
- Experience delivering cloud adoption or cloud digital innovation programs with enterprise companies.
- Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to interact with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing products and technologies in Cloud or SaaS technology.
- Experience analyzing and interpreting data to provide insights.
- Ability to travel up to 40% within the region as needed.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish fluently to interact with LATAM stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with business and technology audiences.

Responsibilities
- Guide customers through digital transformation by providing solutions to their business and technology challenges; collaborating with sales to identify and close new opportunities, pitching innovative solutions.
- Leverage expertise in innovation to solve complex problems and create holistic programs; facilitate workshops to identify and prioritize new ideas.
- Lead the creation and execution of product plans, customer journeys, and go-to-market strategies, ensuring success through clear KPIs.
- Empower customers to understand their cloud usage through visibility, usage statistics, and KPIs, validating recommendations and tracking success.
- Foster collaboration internally and externally, ensuring alignment, maintaining documentation, and communicating progress effectively.
