What you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing and interpretation of direct tax law, communicating how existing and future tax laws impact the business into terms that are easily understood by non-tax people;
- Direct tax Planning and Projects;
- Obtain and manage direct tax incentives;
- Review and support tax coordinator on Direct taxes calculation, including Transfer Pricing;
- Tax Reports local and to global;
- Identify and lead action plans to identify opportunities and mitigate potential risks;
- Lead internal and external audits;
- Work with Legal team to define litigation strategy at administrative and judicial spheres;
- Assist with managing relationships with outside tax advisors and external associations on an ongoing basis.
The qualifications and experience you will bring:
- Bachelor´s degree completed in Accounting; Economy or Law;
- Ideally minimum 5 years’ experience in managing tax team;
- Ideally minimum 8-10 years’ relevant tax experience in multinational companies and/or industry/Big 4 advisory environment;
- Strong tax and accounting knowledge in direct taxes (Income Tax and Social Contributions, including Transfer Pricing).

- Strong risk management skills, ability to follow-up/flag potential issues;

- Advanced/Fluent English.
