You’ll be responsible for leading a high-performing team of 23 professionals, positioning new digital products in the Brazilian market, and driving our go-to-market strategy. 🚀 Your next challenge
- Design, lead, and execute integrated marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness, acquisition, and loyalty.
- Oversee advertising, brand positioning, go-to-market, PR, digital and social media, events, and performance marketing efforts.
- Lead the positioning of new digital brands and products in the Brazilian market.
- Work closely with sales, product, operations, and CX teams to ensure strong commercial alignment.
- Ensure strategic use of data and analytics to optimize marketing performance.
- Manage a marketing team of 23 people and oversee marketing agencies and vendors.
- Partner with senior stakeholders globally and across our headquarters in Paris.
- Participate in the Brazilian executive board, contributing to the country-wide strategy.
🌟 You’re a Match If You Have…
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, including 5+ years in leadership.
- Several years of experience performing in similar roles and reporting to the C-level.
- Strong track record in B2B marketing and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to build and launch new brands.
- Background in global companies with matrix reporting structures.
- Experience working with both local and global stakeholders, including C-level leaders.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, native or fluent Portuguese.
