Responsibilities:
Responsible for studies and technical analyzes aimed at contributing to the planning and control of operations in the Conversion areas, aiming at the continuity of the Tissue conversion production process, contributing to production goals. Proposing improvements to the production line through optimization of processes, equipment and methods, with the aim of reducing costs and gaining productivity; valuing people's safety, respecting the environment and multiplying the company's fundamental values (TOPICC). In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:Follow/Monitor the production process through process parameters ensuring compliance with the production plan and meeting product specifications;- Monitor/carry out highly complex technical studies, evaluating the needs of the area and being in charge of projects that involve changes in the process, verifying their viability and effectiveness;- Monitor input costs and expenses by monitoring the area's budget in order to optimize production costs;- Maintain ethical relationships with suppliers of equipment, products and services, seeking the best products/services with the lowest cost on the market and the highest return on performance;- Keep the Industrial Management Systems updated;- Study and develop indicators for monitoring the performance of the production process, and determining goals that help increase productivity with lower input consumption and cost reduction.- Responsible for preparing monthly closing reports for Management, showing the status of efficiency and operational stability through area performance indicators.- Responsible for carrying out failure analyzes involving production losses in the area;- Establish process parameters and determine goals and work ranges in order to guarantee operational stability;- Develop other activities inherent to the position or at the discretion of your immediate superior, as long as you are qualified and are in accordance with your knowledge and experience.- Control financial resources for improvement projects, maintenance, among others, within pre-approved limits, through full compliance with Bracell procedures, for the acquisition of goods and services, complying with the budget established per machine;- Conduct pre and post preventive meetings (maintenance) and carry out ACR (root cause analysis), with teams from the Operational and Maintenance areas, addressing machine return time, rework, cost, etc., discussing actions together with the operational team , to avoid recurrence.- Ensure and comply with safety and environmental activities, supporting all processes that involve your role regarding EHS management.- Support and comply with quality requirements and ensure evidence according to the role, as determined by company policy.- Use all necessary PPE when carrying out activities and in other internal facilities that require mandatory use, as established by work safety standards.- Support infrastructure and work environment requirements (5S, correct storage of raw materials and products) to deliver clean and safe products without chemical and physical contamination and that comply with company legislation and standards.- Ensure the confidentiality of technical production information, applied technology and other restricted information about the company's manufacturing and administrative process.- Support and comply with the requirements and guidelines defined for compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).- Ensure that all people's activities and behaviors are aligned with the requirements of the code of conduct to ensure that all behaviors and actions arising from them are in accordance with the ethical, legal and compliance policy that the company promotes in all its employees .- Coordinate and execute, as applicable, non-conformity analyzes for quality-related problems according to the needs of each area for the fulfillment and effectiveness of the Quality Management System. To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:• A degree in the related job field.• Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.• Willing to relocate to the job location.Disclaimer:
