Your missions :
- Dar suporte e verificar informações para o preparo e programação dos pagamentos.
- Dar suporte e auxiliar na cobrança de recebíveis e baixas de oposição a cobrança.
- Buscar informações no sistema para responder aos clientes e/ou fornecedores.
- Organizar dados e documentos para suporte aos analistas nas rotinas.
- Auxiliar com lançamentos e conciliação de informações no sistema.
- Atualizar dados e confirmar informações cadastrais conforme procedimento e política vigente.
- Contribuir para uma operação segura e sem riscos financeiros para a empresa.
- Atualizar procedimentos através das SOPs e POPs.
Your profile :
Cursando superior em Administração, Contabilidade ou áreas afins;
Conhecimento em Pacote Office
Disponibilidade para estagiar em Paulínia;
Diferencial Inglês intermediário.
