We will count on you to:
- Design and develop impactful learning materials for teams across the enterprise.
- Build scalable, engaging content aligned with project scope, performance goals, and workforce needs.
- Serve as an internal content consultant, accelerating professional development with innovative learning experiences.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into accessible, relevant content.
- Communicate timelines and milestones effectively to engage stakeholders and drive project support.
- Champion learning solutions for early-career talent in sales and support services.
- Track KPIs tied to learning effectiveness, proactivity, and functional improvement.
- Contribute to workforce management strategies through design that aligns with business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced proficiency in Adult Learning Theory
- Strong expertise in Instructional Design
- Excellent written communication across formats and audiences
- Advanced Project Management capabilities, including deadline ownership
- Intermediate knowledge of Graphic Design
- Experience with tools such as: MS Office, Articulate Storyline 360/LMS, Camtasia, Canva, SharePoint, Mural, etc
- Fluent in English
