We’re expanding our team and looking for a skilled Frontend Developer with a passion for clean code and modern web development. This is a technical role that blends hands-on development with close collaboration across design and implementation. You'll be working on client projects that span Webflow, WordPress, and custom development using React and TailwindCSS.
Note: This role is open only to candidates currently residing in Brazil.
What You’ll Do
- Develop responsive websites and landing pages using Webflow and WordPress
- Build modern frontend interfaces using React and TailwindCSS
- Translate Figma designs into clean, scalable, and accessible code
- Customize and extend WordPress themes/plugins as needed
- Collaborate with designers and project managers to bring UI/UX ideas to life
- Support CMS implementation and content structure across platforms
- Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness
- Troubleshoot and maintain existing client websites
Requirements
- 3+ years of frontend development experience with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Webflow and WordPress (development, not just content editing)
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with React.js and TailwindCSS
- Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows
- Ability to debug cross-browser issues and implement responsive layouts
- Comfortable with client-facing communication in English
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Bonus: Understanding of microanimations (CSS/JS or Lottie/Rive)
Nice to Have
- PHP knowledge for deeper WordPress customization
- Experience with Webflow CMS and custom logic using Attributes or JavaScript
- Animation experience using After Effects or Lottie
- Familiarity with REST APIs or third-party integrations
