This is a hybrid role for the city of São Paulo, with 4x presential per week.

Risk negotiation;

Support for new business and relationship areas;

Team management;

Direct relationships with major clients;

Mediation between insurers and clients;

Management of highly complex and risky situations;

Supervising dashboards and important metrics for the area;

Supervising market practices;

Direct interaction with global teams.

Bachelor's degree;
