- Develop and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns across paid social, search, and other digital channels to drive acquisition, retention, and investment growth
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing spend for maximum efficiency
- Explore and experiment with new growth tactics and channels with an eye on Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and scalability
- Closely monitor daily campaign operations and performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations for real-time optimization and troubleshooting as needed
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, marketing operations, research, and creative teams to align marketing strategies with business goals
- Manage budgets and forecast marketing performance to meet or exceed growth targets
- Actively manage campaign budgets, adjusting channel allocation and spend based on in-flight performance data and business priorities
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve marketing effectiveness
- Partner with analytics and data science teams to develop measurement frameworks and attribution models
- 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing roles
- Proven track record of driving scalable user acquisition and growth through paid media
- Demonstrated experience in using data to inform decisions and optimize campaigns
- Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation, and marketing analytics platforms
- Experience with marketing platforms and marketing automation tools
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with broad teams
- Experience of effectively communicating new concepts and ideas to a broad range of partners and stakeholders, on a regular basis
- Experience in B2B or B2C marketing within the technology, retail, or digital advertising industries
- Experience of solving complex problems and embracing ambiguity to drive innovative and impactful solutions
- Knowledge of regional markets and digital advertising landscapes
- Demonstrated experience in communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated experience of working within cross-functional teams, with awareness of the needs and perspectives of others
