The Facilities Manager is responsible for the strategic development and operational execution of facility-related solutions. This role ensures that all areas under management meet performance objectives and client expectations, while maintaining high standards in safety, service delivery, and cost-efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership
• Lead, mentor, and develop both salaried and hourly teams.
• Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure alignment with operational frameworks and execution strategies.
• Foster a shared understanding of team goals and operational expectations.
2. Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong client and customer relationships.
• Identify client needs, provide updates on operational progress, and ensure excellent customer service.
• Utilize the STAR selling model to support client engagement and solution development.
• Design and adapt facilities programs according to client specifications.
3. Financial Management
• Develop, manage, and report on facility budgets (labor, supplies, equipment, services).
• Ensure financial compliance with internal systems and standards (e.g., Danfoss processes).
• Monitor key financial metrics, analyze trends, and lead initiatives to improve operational margins.
• Achieve targeted cost savings, especially in the first two years of outsourced operations.
• Collaborate with sourcing professionals to identify and support cost-saving initiatives.
4. Service Delivery
• Ensure consistent service performance aligned with SLAs and KPIs.
• Oversee contracted services across critical facility operations: HVAC, fire/life safety, janitorial, pest control, landscaping, and others.
• Lead preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure reliability of infrastructure and systems.
• Guarantee compliance in management, operations, and financial audits across all properties.
5. Operational Efficiency
• Drive productivity by implementing best practices in labor and facility management.
• Maintain compliance with Operational Excellence standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and use performance data to drive process improvements.
6. Compliance & Multi-Service Oversight
• Ensure adherence to safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee the performance and integration of multiple service lines across sites.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a management role.
• Proven experience managing diverse teams and facility operations.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
