GUCCI Visual Merchandising Junior (São Paulo)

We are looking for a Visual Merchandiser to elevate Gucci’s presence at the point of sale, ensuring a unique and consistent experience aligned with the brand’s global standards.

• Provide support on the execution of consistent window schemes to be applied across all doors both DOS and Outlet.
• Ensure that merchandising guidelines are followed: In Store display, lay out, density and rules, Mannequin displays, Folding/Hanging techniques, Merchandising rotation
• Work with retail store staff to carry out the visual merchandising for all operated stores
• Work within merchandising guidelines in order to balance creative image with optimization of retail densities across all categories
• Create synergy across windows schemes

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably in premium/ fashion luxury
• Strong aesthetic sense and a deep understanding of brand identity and consumer behavior
• Creativity, innovation, and trend awareness, with the ability to adapt global guidelines into impactful local executions
• Excellent planning and organizational skills, ensuring efficient implementation of campaigns and windows
• Flexibility and availability to work varying schedules, adapting to dynamic timelines and last-minute demands.
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Project management skills, including coordination of suppliers for production and installation of materials
• Intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint , Excel and other programs for visual presentations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, working collaboratively with internal and international teams
• Fluent English preferred for communication with headquarters and participation in global trainings
