ERM is looking for a motivated and hands-on Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. Working under the direction of Brazil Human Resources Manager, the successful candidate will work in an interesting organizational environment, interacting with BU internal clients at different levels giving his/her contribute for the business development and achievements.
This is a great role for an experienced HRBP with a keen interest in developing their skills and knowledge in a personable management consulting environment. This is a opportunity to work with the Human Resources local team in the retention, training, and development for the Brazil Business Unit team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, or related fields.
5+ years’ experience in similar roles gained from a multinational/consulting working environment.
Demonstrated experience in creating, implementing, and maintaining talent management programs.
Fluent in verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese, English (mandatory) and Spanish (desirable).
Ability to work independently and function well in a team environment.
Problem solving, organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities, analytical and influencing skills, business oriented, independent thinking, flexible, adaptable, and decision-making abilities.
Experience using HR platforms.

Responsabilities:
Be a trusted advisor to leaders, supporting strategic people decisions.
Drive organizational climate initiatives, training leaders and teams to boost engagement and ensure action plans are implemented.
Develop and manage a training plan aligned with budget and global programs, ensuring quality, timelines, and impact.
Facilitate performance management, helping leaders identify and grow high-potential talent.
Coordinate career development, including training needs assessments and approval of internal and external learning opportunities.
Promote ERM’s cultural pillars by encouraging expected behaviors and best practices.
Support onboarding and internal mobility to ensure smooth transitions and integration.
Contribute to engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Ensure compliance with ERM’s HR policies and Code of Conduct.
Monitor key people metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, engagement) and propose actionable strategies.
Foster psychological safety, well-being, and ethical relationships at work.
