Estamos em busca de um Estagiário para se juntar a equipe de TI Brasil.
Com sede em Poços de Caldas MG, reportando-se ao Gerente de TI, você será responsável pelo suporte e controle dos equipamentos de TI e softwares utilizados na empresa.
Principais Responsabilidades
Desenvolver na prática em suas áreas de atuação conteúdos aprendidos durante o curso;
Apoiar o time local com suporte a usuários locais e remotos;
Responsável pelo inventário dos equipamentos;
Atendimento a Tickets;
Manutenção de Hardwares;

Estar cursando Tecnólogo, ou graduação na área de TI;
Conhecimento avançado pacote office
Habilidades técnicas em TI
Habilidades para resolver problemas
