Your new role:
This position will give support for Universal Studios marketing team, attending Promotions, Partnerships, Media and Digital areas on its day-to-day routine. In Promotions & Partnership, key functions include contract administration, issue purchase orders, interface approvals between partners & HO creative team, supply partners with creative materials. In Media, main function is finance reports and budget spent control.
Your role accountabilities:
- Create purchase orders of the area, following the whole process until its closure, as well as register new suppliers
- Send marketing materials to all third party, media partners and synergy partners
- Promotions contract administration, including forms and documents filling of promotions proposals
- Upload and update all promotions & partnerships activations in each movie deck presentation
- Interface between partners and HO creative during approval process.
- Budget spend control and financial reports
Qualification & Experience:
- Organized and detail oriented
- Hands-on
- Intermediate English (verbal, written)
- Interest and knowledge of Excel
- Good with numbers
- Studying Business, or co-related areas
- Willing to collaborate in teams
- Good communication skills
Other nice to have:
- Advanced English
- Loves cinema, pop culture and current trends
- Familiarity with SAP
- Knowledge on Power Point
