At CI&T, we're growing fast and looking for a talented, motivated Data & Analytics professional to join our team. You'll play a crucial role in gathering insights, building dashboards, empowering other teams with data for analytics and machine learning solutions for our global clients.
Responsibilities:Data Collection and Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.Develop and maintain data dashboards.Data Modeling and Visualization:Generate clear and informative data visualizations, charts, and reports using Quicksight or similar tools. Present findings to stakeholders in a comprehensible manner.Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data integrity and quality by identifying and rectifying data discrepancies and errors.Develop and implement data validation and cleansing processes.Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights and recommendations. Work closely with data engineers and data scientists to optimize data processes.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data analysis processes, methodologies, and results. Create and update data dictionaries and data catalogs.
Requirements for this challengeBachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science).Proven experience as a Data AnalystProficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or similar.Strong knowledge of PowerBI Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.Experience with data cleansing, transformation, and integration.Knowledge of database management systems and data warehousing.Advanced english
