NIQ GFK Consultant team is focused on managing relationships with the company’s key recurring clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving long-term value creation. We are looking for a motivated and curious Junior Analyst to join our team and develop market expertise, ensuring the quality of the analyses and recommendations delivered to the marketing and sales departments of major industry players, identifying client needs and contributing to the sales process.
Responsibilites
- Assist in the regional rollout and user support for the GfKnewron platform.
- Help deliver basic training sessions to internal teams and clients, with guidance from senior colleagues or leadership.
- Support clients in understanding panel data and key performance indicators.
- Respond to client questions and provide assistance with using GfK tools and reports.
- Learn about market trends, brand performance, and distribution channels in the Tech & Durables sector.
- Help prepare presentations and reports based on client briefs, under supervision.
- Participate in innovation and growth initiatives across the LatAm region.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and other internal teams to understand client needs.

Qualifications
- A recent graduate or early-career professional with a background in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Desirable experience in consulting and market research solutions.
- Strong interest in data, market research, and consumer behavior.
- Interest for Tech&Durables product categories and markets
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, international environment.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data tools is a plus.
- English and Spanish proficiency.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, client-centric approach
- Proactive and consistent engagement with multi-disciplined teams
- Open mindset, team spirit, and an entrepreneurial attitude.
