About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior AR Analyst to join our Finance team. This role is essential to our factoring process and cash reconciliation routine, helping ensure accurate financial operations and timely communication with partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage all documentation related to AR and the factoring process.
- Receive and review documentation from clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Submit invoices to factoring companies and track their status.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external financial institutions to resolve discrepancies or pending items.
- Record all receivables in our financial system and keep the investor portal updated.
- Reconcile daily bank activity by validating payments received against freight loads submitted to factoring companies.
- Execute daily cash closing routines, ensuring accurate and timely posting of all incoming payments.
- Prepare and organize supporting documentation for audits and internal controls.
- Address and resolve invoice-related issues, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Prepare support for audits and maintain controls.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- English advanced required (reading and writing).
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Workspace tools.
- Familiarity with accounting or ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Clear communication and problem-solving mindset.
