Responsabilidades:
- Collect and consolidate logistics data from different countries within the LAR region.
- Build and update reports and dashboards for KPIs (e.g., delivery performance, freight costs, inventory accuracy).
- Support process mapping and documentation of key logistics workflows.
- Assist in identifying trends and improvement opportunities through data analysis.
- Coordinate with local teams to gather relevant information and ensure reporting consistency.
- Help standardize templates and tools used for logistics performance monitoring.
- Support administrative and operational tasks related to logistics and supply chain as needed.
Critical Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas).
- Basic knowledge of supply chain and logistics concepts.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Intermediate English proficiency (reading and writing).
Nice to Have:
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (macros, scripting).
- Spanish fluency (depending on location).
- Previous internship or academic project in logistics or data analysis.
