Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Manager – Distribution Channel (LATAM) to strengthen and expand our presence across Latin America. This role is responsible for developing, managing, and supporting our network of distributors in the region, ensuring alignment with Vitrolife’s commercial strategy, goals, and values. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IVF market in LATAM, strong leadership and communication skills, and proven experience driving commercial success through channel partners.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute regional channel strategies to drive growth through distributors across Latin America.
• Build strong relationships with key distributors, customers, and stakeholders providing continuous support, training, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure distributors are aligned with Vitrolife’s brand, sales goals, and customer service standards.
• Collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, clinical, and operations teams to deliver strategic initiatives in the region.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and performance data to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and develop joint business plans with top-tier distributors.
• Influence and promote Vitrolife’s complete portfolio and value-added services.
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and regional reports to senior management.
• Support pricing, contract negotiations, and compliance with internal processes and local regulations.

Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Biotechnology or related field.


Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or channel management, preferably in the IVF or healthcare industry within LATAM.
• Strong knowledge of the IVF market, key players, and regional dynamics.
• Proven ability to manage and grow distributor relationships and drive sales performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead by influence and build trust.
• Strong planning, organizational, and reporting skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

• Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel across LATAM as required (50-75%).
