Job Description
This role will be based in São Paulo.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
As a Marketing & Events Intern, you will be involved in key initiatives that support the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns and events. You’ll gain hands-on experience in brand engagement, event management, and strategic communication, while developing a skill set that will boost your career in marketing and communications.
Responsibilities:
Support the planning and execution of internal and external events, including logistics coordination, vendor communication, and on-site support.
Assist in the development of marketing materials, digital content, and social media assets to support brand campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across events and campaigns.
Monitor campaign and event performance by collecting data, analyzing results, and preparing performance reports.
Conduct market research and benchmarking to support campaign planning and content strategies.
Help manage marketing calendars, budget tracking, and campaign documentation.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to local marketing and culture initiatives.
Availability to work 30 hours/week from Monday to Friday and at least 1.5 years of internship.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications:
Fluency in both verbal and written English, at least advanced English
Spanish skill is a plus
Experience using MS PowerPoint, Excel and Canva (or similar design tools)
- Interest or prior involvement in event planning, brand campaigns, or content creation
