Our regional legal LatAm team is multifunctional and provides key support for all TikTok’s innovative initiatives, state-of-the-art products, and integrated platforms servicing our global video market. We help our technological and business teams enable their vision by providing integrated legal guidance and support. The TikTok team is growing fast and is seeking highly experienced, bright and capable legal professionals to join the team. One of the critical challenges is the need for our team to provide exceptional legal support for product, policy, transactional and sales matters involving TikTok. The following describes the responsibilities and requirements for the role.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a dedicated legal advisor for the Brazil Ad Sales team and manage legal issues in the country as well as regional agreements in Latin America while remaining responsive to internal stakeholders.
- Lead contract negotiation and management of ad sales transactions.
- Draft, negotiate, and review a range of advertising agreements including insertion orders, sales partnership agreements, bespoke campaign agreements with advertising agencies, and other agreements related to the company’s ad sales business.
- Build trust and drive strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Provide legal training to the Brazil Ad Sales team as needed.
- Build processes, policies and workflows to support an efficient and robust ads program.
- Assist with general transactions, regulatory matters, marketing and other commercial legal matters as needed.
