We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience across Paid Social, PPC, and Programmatic channels (DV360, YouTube, Display) to drive measurable growth in a dynamic, multi-market environment. In this role, you’ll operate across the full campaign lifecycle—from strategic planning to tactical execution—while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
This is a high-impact role where you'll be responsible for optimizing acquisition and conversion KPIs through performance media, supporting both app and web goals. You will lead paid initiatives across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads (Search & UAC), DV360, and other platforms, helping to shape the role of performance media in our broader growth strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Own and execute full funnel performance campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads (Search, UAC, YouTube), DV360, and Display platforms.
- Plan, launch, and optimize multi-market campaigns with a focus on registrations, conversions, and ROI.
- Lead A/B testing strategies across creatives, audiences, placements, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve performance and scalability.
- Oversee and optimize programmatic campaigns via DV360, focusing on audience segmentation, contextual targeting, and inventory curation.
- Leverage MMP data (Appsflyer) and platform dashboards to track campaign effectiveness and user journeys across mobile and web.
- Partner with creative and brand teams to brief and iterate on high-performing assets tailored to each platform.
- Deliver weekly/monthly reporting with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Forecast and manage budgets, ensuring efficient pacing and delivery against acquisition goals.
- Stay up to date with platform and industry trends, proactively testing new features and betas across paid channels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with CRM, SEO, analytics, and product teams to ensure integrated execution.
What You’ll Bring
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in a performance-driven media role, covering Paid Social, PPC (Google Ads), and Programmatic (DV360). (Non-negotiable)
- Excellent Professional proficiency skills in English, both written and verbal. (Non-negotiable).
- Hands-on experience with MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust) and GA4 (Non-negotiable)
- Medium to large budget management experience with positive CPA/ROAS results (Non-Negotiable).
- Expertise in platforms including Meta, TikTok, Google Ads (Search, UAC, YouTube), DV360, and other display partners.
- Proven experience with multi-market campaigns, budgets, and acquisition KPIs, audience strategies, and creative experimentation.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights and optimizations.
- Experience with MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust) and familiarity with GA4 and attribution methodologies.
- Solid understanding of the creative and technical nuances of each performance channel.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Experience with incrementality testing, MMM or multi-touch attribution.
- Familiarity with automation tactics and bidding scripts in Google Ads.
- Experience in highly regulated industries (such as iGaming, Finance or Health).
- Hands-on experience with creative testing frameworks, and developing insights to improve performance assets.
- Background in regulated industries (iGaming, Finance, Agency).
- Experience collaborating with external media Partners.
- Plan, execute and optimize Paid Social, PPC and Programmatic campaigns.
- Brief and review creative assets with Brand/Content teams.
- Monitor performance dashboards (Appsflyer, GA4, Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, DV360, Kwai and other partners).
- Attend syncs with CRM, SEO, Analytics and Product teams.
- Deliver weekly reports with insights and recommendations.
- Own and optimize acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads and DV360.
- Provide actionable reporting and insights to key stakeholders.
- Lead structured testing (A/B, creatives, audiences, bidding, landing pages) to maximize ROI.
