Job responsibilities
- Develop and implement data science and machine learning solutions that drive business impact.
- Conduct experiments, test hypotheses, and apply advanced analytics to solve complex problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into applications and tools.
- Communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Engineer features by creatively combining internal and external data sources.
- Advocate for data-driven decision-making and responsible AI practices.
- Ensure ethical considerations in data science, including privacy, bias, and fairness.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and contribute to the data science community.
- Mentor and share knowledge while developing scalable frameworks and best practices.
Job qualifications
Technical Skills
- Must be fluent in Spanish.
- Proven experience in Data viz (Matplotlib/Seaborn/Plotly) and Data preparation (cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering)
- Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-learn)
- Expertise in SQL for complex queries and Statistical analysis.
- Proven GCP experience
- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms (supervised and unsupervised learning) and techniques (splitting, hyperparameter tuning, regulatization)
- Proven experience in experimentation methodologies

- Knowledge of other cloud providers (AWS, Azure) is beneficial but not required.
