Job title: Product Manager, Payments – Customer & Account
Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil
Overview of the role:
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Betfair International Team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the Payments experience across one of the most critical areas of Betfair International. The Product Manager will work cross-functionally to define, deliver and continuously improve the services related to payments, deposits, withdrawals and related transactions at Betfair International.
Our new Sao Paulo workspace is the perfect place for team collaboration and individual growth. It is located in the Paulista neighbourhood with great transport links across the city and exciting working environment.
What you’ll do:
You will play a key role in shaping the payments experience for Flutter Brazil on our Betfair Brand. You will work with teams in Brazil and Europe across technology, compliance, operations, design, and third party partners to ensure our customers have seamless, intuitive, and safe payment experiences.
Reporting directly to the Senior Product Manager you will:
Effectively elicit high level requirements from your own product analysis and discovery or from a wide range of stakeholders
Write high-quality specs that clearly describe functionality, use cases, and edge conditions
Collaborate with POs, engineering, and design to deliver value iteratively and efficiently
Make trade-offs between scope, speed, and quality when launching new initiatives
Lead the product management efforts for the initiative, owning the product vision and delivery from end to end.
Perform post-launch analysis and suggest next iterations to further improve the payments experience
Use internal analytics tools and ad hoc data insights to drive product improvements
Leverage customer feedback tools to validate feature direction and identify pain points
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, compliance teams and third party vendors to ensure smooth integration, drive alignment and shared ownership.
Define, track, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the success of the payments journey focusing on conversion, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure all product developments contribute to seamless, efficient, and compliant flows that enhance the customer journey.
Act as the voice of the customer throughout the initiative, making sure enhancements are user-centred and address real pain points while balancing regulatory and business requirements.
Continuously monitor post-launch performance and user feedback, driving iterative improvements that maximize the impact of the integration.
What you’ll bring:
Hands on product management experience, ideally in consumer tech. A preference of experience in either the payment or financial service industry.
Experience with data tools (e.g., Looker, PowerBI) to make data-driven decisions
Exposure to user feedback tools (e.g., applause, surveys, NPS)
Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable presenting to stakeholders
Familiarity with Agile delivery processes and working with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and documentation skills
Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support team success and customer experience.
