About the Role
As a Product Manager for Seller Tools, you will drive the evolution of our logistics platforms, ensuring they are both user-centric and technically sound. You will be expected to blend product expertise (discovery, prioritization, roadmap, UX focus) with technical depth (services, APIs, architecture) to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions.
You’ll act as the connector between commercial operations, end-users, and engineering — shaping tools that improve partner autonomy, streamline delivery and inventory workflows, and optimize pricing execution.
What you'll do:
- Own the Fulfillment product suite (Delivery Admin, Inventory Admin, Price Admin) end-to-end, from discovery to execution to adoption;
- Lead discovery processes to identify user pain points, market gaps, and opportunities for improving logistics workflows;
- Define product roadmaps that align with commercial objectives and technical architecture;
- Collaborate deeply with engineering and architecture teams, understanding APIs, data flows, and service dependencies to make informed product decisions;
- Balance short-term feature delivery with long-term scalability and system health;
- Translate operational and market needs into clear, technically feasible requirements;
- Partner with Design to ensure intuitive, operator-friendly experiences;
- Define success metrics for features, monitor adoption, and iterate based on data insights;
- Act as the voice of the customer and operator, while ensuring alignment with system capabilities and architectural vision.
What you'll need:
- University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related area (or equivalent experience);
- 4+ years of product management experience in logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, or enterprise platforms;
- Strong product expertise in discovery, prioritization, roadmap definition, and UX improvements;
- Technical knowledge of APIs, microservices, cloud-based platforms, and system integrations (able to discuss trade-offs with engineers);
- Experience working with both frontend and backend development teams;
- Familiarity with logistics systems such as delivery scheduling, inventory management, or pricing engines is a plus;
- Proficiency with product and analytics tools: Jira, Confluence, Segment, Mixpanel, Databricks, or similar;
- Strong understanding of Scrum and agile workflows;
- Excellent communication skills in English, both technical and business-focused.
More about you:
- You’re equally comfortable discussing a product roadmap with business stakeholders and reviewing API contracts with engineers;
- You’re passionate about building products that simplify complex logistics workflows and drive measurable impact;
- You see product management as a craft — combining user empathy, business acumen, and technical fluency;
- You thrive in cross-functional environments and can navigate ambiguity with clarity;
- You balance visionary thinking with practical execution, knowing when to go deep technically and when to step back to focus on user outcomes.
