We are seeking a Product Specialist to lead market analysis and define product strategy for the medium tractor line. This role involves translating customer needs into technical requirements, managing product configurations, and supporting product development. The specialist will track product performance and collaborate with global teams to support project planning and execution, with a focus on margin growth and market share.

• Lead the analysis of market trends (customer needs, products, competitors, quality) to define the strategy for the medium tractors, aiming at the margin growth and market share objectives defined by the brands.
• Developing product definition and requirement documents that meet brand strategies, quality, and customer experience that drive the current and new product development process. Translate customer needs into technical documents directed to engineering. Facilitate customer research surveys and product technical benchmarking.
• Manage the Product Offering, product configuration and specification document, support CPM & Q&R activities, implement & communicate product changes. Interface with the commercial team in product configuration
• Maintain offering evolution, track market and financial performance of both new and current products including cost, margins, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Support platform and global product managers to gather required information for program milestone reviews and to assist in development of project feasibility and priority.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Agronomy, or a related field.
Experience: Experience with the product, engineering, product support, etc.
Skills: Analytical skills to interpret market data and financial metrics, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
