Production Planner is responsible for creation of operational production plans based on which processing, cancellation and issuance of production orders is carried out. Planner is also responsible for adjusting production planning to given conditions and coordinating activities with other departments.
What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing operational production plans for the production line.
- Segmenting the operational production plans according to production characteristics, in line with the requirements of the Sales and Production departments.
- Preparing, processing, canceling, and issuing work (production) orders based on the product's technical and technological specifications, in accordance with the developed operational production plan.
- Adjusting production planning to given conditions and coordinating activities with other departments.
- Monitoring and harmonizing product technological data with the Technology and Quality departments.
- Continuously tracking production orders throughout the entire production process.
- Analyzing historical data, current situation, and other parameters, evaluating, and providing suggestions for the required quantity of raw materials for production, packaging, and labeling. Delivering this information to the Procurement, which ensures the required quantities to meet the operational production plan.
- Monitoring the execution of production orders on the production line, identifying deviations from the plan, and providing feedback to all relevant stakeholders.
- Aligning the production plan with warehouse requirements.

- Degree in transportation, technological or organizational orientation
- English - intermediate level
- MS Office – advanced level
- Advanced communication skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, independence and initiative
- Accuracy in performing tasks

If you have experience in the following areas – this is an added advantage:
- Knowledge of the production process and products
- Previous experience in the activities listed above (1-2 years)
- SAP – basic knowledge
