The Ads Program Manager is responsible for supporting the execution of Amazon Ads on our marketplace ecosystem. You will interact with various teams to ensure the successful launch and adoption of new features and tools. You will utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and deliver high-impact programs that drive adoption, revenue and customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase adoption and penetration of Amazon's advertising products, aligning with broader business objectives
- Analyze performance data to uncover insights and opportunities for optimization and innovation
- Measure and report on key performance indicators to demonstrate the impact of advertising programs
- Support go-to-market strategies for new advertising products and enhancements
- Provide subject matter expertise to internal stakeholders
- Champion the voice of the customer and advocate for their needs

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of SQL
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Portuguese
- Experience in program or project management experience
- Proficient analytical skills to support data-driven decisions
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in e-commerce
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
