Our opportunity is a hybrid one with flexible working hours (40 hours per week) and the hiring model is CLT.

What you will do:

- Conduct daily update meeting
- Conduct weekly operational meetings
- Participate in the transition process from the sales team to the delivery/project team
- Design action and risk mitigation plans
- Support continuous improvement processes
- Be responsible for project revenues, costs and income
.
What you need to have:
.
- Proven experience in project management, particularly with data-related projects;
- Strong technical foundation with experience in providing precise project estimations, including resource planning and cost forecasting;
- Preferred experience with MES (Aveva/Parsec) or Digital Twin environments;
- Familiarity with the "MAKE" function in supply chain management and its impact on manufacturing KPIs;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project Plan for scheduling and resource tracking;
- Experience with Jira and agile project management principles;
- Strong ability to maintain comprehensive, high-quality documentation, particularly in Confluence;
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing and motivating cross-functional teams;
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with a focus on clear and effective stakeholder engagement;
- Proven track record of managing senior stakeholders effectively and aligning project objectives with their needs;
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and technologies;
- Project Management Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent .
