About the role
Assume Regional responsibility for the oversight, development and implementation of the Reckitt Production System (RPS) and Manufacturing Excellence program across the manufacturing regional network.
In partnership with site leadership teams, the objective is to achieve a culture of manufacturing excellence through the deployment of a structured approach based on TPM/WCM. Develop capabilities in manufacturing and engineering functions, aiming to transform the performance behaviors of the organization, move from reactive to preventive to proactive and predictive. Identify and eliminate losses and wastes to improve efficiency and productivity. Identify and prevent losses and wastes early in new lines and new products through the development of Early Management and Vertical Start-Up systems in the factories.
Your responsibilities
- Drive Performance Improvement across all sites:
- Develop the capability in all site teams to build the foundation of continuous improvement principles in all operational teams.
- Daily target setting process, roles & responsibilities, leading indicators in line-side boards, daily managers meeting, org structure, shift handover.
o Develop within the TPM/WCM Framework the execution of core pillars capabilities including Early Management in a pragmatic and fast pace approach, bringing the cultural transformation.
o Develop Reckitt capability in Kaizen and core Lean-Six Sigma capability tools.
- Work closely with regional functions Safety, Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering and Digitalization teams to align critical priorities for each Region to:
o Improve RFT (Right first time), reduce Consumer Complaints, and improve quality system
o Increase throughput OEE and service levels, reducing unplanned losses, optimizing planned losses
o Align success criteria for new assets and innovation, support the vertical start up process.
o Enable teams performance with digitalization, unlock the value of digitalization for transparency, efficiency and productivity improvement
- Harmonize performance tracking and reporting, data analysis and processes to improve results.
o Share best practices and track the reapplication index.
o Collaborate with the Finance, Engineering and Digital teams to establish the CAPEX annual plans and roadmaps also the CI budget.
o Give clear directions on daily measures, leading and lagging indicators, monthly KPI’s and standards.
- Track Productivity projects (savings) across Region:
o Harmonize and consolidate reporting and tracking of execution of Productivity projects.

The experience we're looking for
- Engineering university degree
- English: fluent
- Proven leadership experience of Manufacturing Excellence implementation and oversight in multiple sites
- Experience in implementation of structured Loss Analysis / Annual targets setting / Monthly glidepath / Gap to Target reviews / Daily Target setting / Daily Operational Reviews
- Experience in leading the implementation from training to results of the pillars AM, PM, QM, E&T, EM, FI standards, systems and routines.
- Proven competence for leading workshops in topics like SMED & Centerlining, ECRS, Machine basic conditions, Machine ownership, Maintenance Strategy, CBM/TBM, Skill levels & Competency Building Plan, QA/QM Matrixes, Equipment ramp up.
- Excellent understanding of concepts like Lean Production, Agile Production, Value Stream Mapping, KanBan, MOQ, Capacity, OEE planned and unplanned losses, Validated Product Speed, Vertical Start Up, CapEx and Innovation Success Criteria.
- Proved competence in leading Problem Solving workshops for specific chronic losses and Kaizen events (e.g., Focused Improvement)
- Data management, experience collecting, integrating, analyzing and visualizing manufacturing data, setting up automatic data collection systems.
