Regional Organisational Development Director LATAM - Your next step?
Reporting to the Head of Organisational Development (COE OD), you are a key member of the global COE OD team and the Latam regional HR Team. You help to translate our OD strategy into regional plans and goals and ensure execution. The main HR strategic priority areas you will work on include learning, performance management, manager and leadership development, Talent & Diversity & Inclusion. While not an expert in all of these areas, you will grow your knowledge over time by working on main programs in these areas.
This is a hybrid position with 4 days at office and 1 day remote at our Jaguaré site.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with LATAM country HR teams to adapt and implement global learning, leadership, performance and talent development programs and D&I programs
- Provide coaching and advisory support to regional business leaders and the regional HR teams to help them address gaps in skills, performance, talent development or D&I priorities
- Work with the regional business leaders and regional HR BPs to assess core regional upskilling and learning needs and build tailored programs to address these needs
- Monitor the execution of OD offerings, collect feedback, and analyse indicators to improve delivery and engagement.
- Build relationships with regional and global stakeholders, including external providers.
- Be a resource and Subject Matter Expert for the regional business leaders and country HR teams, providing insights on new trends in OD including the use of AI and digital learning .
- Support some main global COE OD projects
- Lead a small direct and in-direct learning team
Your profile requires:
- Bachelor's degree in Organisational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in learning and development, talent management, or organisational development, with a focus on regional or functional execution.
- Advanced level of English. Spanish would be a plus.
- Experience implementing learning strategies, project management, and change management.
- Understanding of adult learning, training program facilitation, managing regional learning portfolios, and working with regional HR and business leaders.
- Change management expertise.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) , AI-driven learning platforms, and HR analytics.
- Strong analytical skills to measure learning impact and align programs with our goals.
