Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HTML CSS JS and Marketing Cloud (SFMC). Experience in Structural Biology & Modelling is a plus. This role involves developing innovative solutions that align with our companys goals and positively impact society.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using HTML CSS and JS to enhance user experience and meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions in Marketing Cloud (SFMC) that drive marketing effectiveness.
- Analyze and optimize existing systems to improve performance and scalability ensuring robust and efficient operations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure reliability and functionality across various platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes and outcomes.
- Document technical specifications and project requirements to ensure clarity and alignment with business goals.
- Engage in code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to best practices contributing to a culture of excellence.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions that meet their needs.
- Implement security best practices to protect data integrity and privacy ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Participate in agile development processes contributing to sprint planning stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Utilize domain knowledge in Structural Biology & Modelling to develop specialized solutions that support scientific research.
- Contribute to the companys mission by developing solutions that have a positive impact on society and the environment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate proficiency in HTML CSS and JS with a strong portfolio of web development projects.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and its application in marketing strategies.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Have experience or interest in Structural Biology & Modelling enhancing domain-specific solutions.
- Show excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
