Minimum Requirements to Apply:
- Bachelor’s degree completed
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Recruitment and Selection;
- Experience in screening, interviewing, and managing selection processes for multiple levels;
- Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills;
- Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to work independently;
- Intermediate/advanced Excel skills;
- Fluency in English and in the local language (Portuguese).

- Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, maintaining quality and deadlines;

- Support and guide peers and internal stakeholders on recruitment best practices;
- Lead and/or support internal projects, including cross-functional initiatives;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and business partners to ensure alignment and success in hiring strategies;
