The Sr. Specialist, Sales Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering high-impact training programs that enhance client-specific knowledge and skills, focusing on advanced sales processes and systems. This position leads collaborations with internal and/or external stakeholders to create tailored content that addresses business needs, driving efficiency and productivity across the organization. This role will work autonomously with moderate supervision to ensure the effectiveness of training initiatives.You will:
- You inspire and motivate trainees as a role model, fostering their development and success in a new, dynamic campaign environment.
- You actively design, develop, and implement training programs tailored to the needs of the new campaign, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and objectives.
- You are aware that a positive and enthusiastic team creates unique customer experiences, especially in a fast-paced, new campaign setting.
- You measure the effectiveness of training programs using various feedback methods (focus groups, interviews, surveys) and refine training content based on evaluation results.
- You participate in client Train the Trainer sessions, adapting insights to create innovative training solutions for the campaign.
- You collaborate with operations management to evaluate the effectiveness of new hires and ongoing training efforts while ensuring that structured goals are met by new hire classes.
- You stay up-to-date on changes to client products, services, policies, and procedures, recommending modifications to training management to meet the evolving needs of the campaign.
- You bring confident communication, presentation, and facilitation skills to engage diverse audiences effectively across all levels of the organization.
You have:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field from a four-year college or university, with 3–5 years of experience (preferred).
- Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with senior-level technical staff.
- Demonstrated advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional sales skills and the ability to translate them into impactful training programs.
- Significant experience as a Trainer or in a comparable role, with a proven track record of designing and delivering high-impact training initiatives.
- Strong background in motivating employees and driving key performance metrics in a results-driven environment.
- A professional and customer-focused approach, with excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and resilience in challenging situations.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts, apply structured thinking, and focus on detail-oriented solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
