What you will do:
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, engineers, and other UX professionals to plan and refine user experiences;
- Participate in agile ceremonies during two-week sprint cycles, contributing insights and design updates;
- Incorporate findings from user research into iterative design work, whether conducted independently or in partnership with a UX Researcher;
- Apply advanced design methods to deliver high-impact solutions: user journeys, task flows, wireframes, high-fidelity comps, and prototypes;
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers and stakeholders, in English and/or Spanish;
- Help ensure user outcomes are at the center of every design decision;
- Navigate technical constraints confidently, even in unfamiliar stacks, adapting your process to deliver optimal experiences;
- Contribute proactively to UX discussions, sharing ideas and defending user-centered choices.
What we are looking for:
- Fluency in English and/or Spanish;
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field;
- Solid experience in UX design, preferably in complex digital products or B2B environments;
- Strong portfolio showcasing thoughtful design processes, problem-solving skills, and impactful user experiences;
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar;
- Familiarity with user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and usability best practices;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines;
- Experience working with user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.
It will be a plus if you have:
- Experience in agile teams or sprint-based workflows;
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries;
- Interest in contributing to team knowledge-sharing and supporting junior designers.
