THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Senior Media Designer to our Marketing Communications team in São Paulo! 

The Social Media Designer is responsible for creating and managing visual content across various social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn. This person will focus on engaging both current and prospective clients by producing visually compelling posts, videos, and assets that align with the company’s brand identity. Additionally, they will empower internal teams by providing tools and templates that support consistent and effective content creation across channels.

YOUR IMPACT

This role directly impacts brand engagement and perception by ensuring all visual content is consistent, innovative, and aligned with the company’s marketing objectives.

• Content Creation: Develop and manage all visual content for social media posts, including graphic design, video shooting, editing, and asset organization. Create content tailored to each platform to drive engagement and audience growth.
• Template Creation: Develop and distribute design templates for use by the communications team and other marketing teams, ensuring brand consistency and efficiency.
• Production Management: Organize and participate in on-location shoots as needed to produce authentic and engaging content for social media.
• Project Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure that all content is aligned with the brand guidelines and marketing strategy.
• Creative Brainstorming: Generate innovative ideas and creative concepts for social content that align with the brand's image, values, and goals.
• Key Relationships: Internal: Close collaboration with the Brand, Communications, and Marketing teams, as well as other cross-functional teams. External: Coordination with creative agencies, freelancers, and production vendors.
• Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.

WHO YOU ARE

• Academic Background: Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop). Solid understanding of visual trends and platform-specific content formats. Familiarity with Canva and CapCut is a strong plus. 
• Professional Experience: Multidisciplinary design skills with experience in graphic design, video editing, and content creation. Proven track record in developing visual content specifically for social media.
• Language Requirements: Fluent English is mandatory.
