- We are seeking an entrepreneurial and analytical Strategy & Operations manager for Commercial Deals to join our high-performing Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) team in Brazil. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape TikTok's monetization efforts, enhance sales efficiency, drive revenue growth strategies, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.

Responsibilities
1. Commercial & Incentive Strategy
- Design and manage TikTok’s commercial policy for advertisers and agencies, including short-term incentives to drive growth and retention.
- Lead contract negotiations with sales teams and clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market competitiveness.
- Conduct market research on agency/advertiser landscapes to inform incentive structures and pricing strategies.
2. Sales Strategy & Operations
- Support LATAM sales strategy through market analysis, segmentation, and forecasting, ensuring alignment with monetization goals.
- Optimize sales operations (e.g., CRM, incentive tracking) to ensure transparency and efficiency in deal execution.
3. Insights & Analytics
- Leverage data to evaluate incentive performance, identify growth opportunities, and recommend policy adjustments.
- Provide actionable insights to leadership on agency/advertiser behavior and competitive trends.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product, Finance, and Legal to align commercial policies with company-wide goals.
- Support GTM efforts (e.g., playbooks, incentive rollouts) to empower sales teams.
