About this opportunity
We are looking for a proactive and organized Student with a genuine interest in growing within the Human Resources field. This internship offers the opportunity to contribute to key initiatives such as Diversity & Inclusion and the Internship Program, while also supporting daily operations through system updates and process controls. If you’re passionate about people, learning, and making a difference, this role is an excellent entry point into the world of HR in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
What you will do
- Support the maintenance and updating of internal control tools (tracking spreadsheets, KPIs, timelines).
- Help manage and update SharePoint content for the HR team.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, including events, campaigns, and reports.
- Assist in coordinating the Internship Program through communication with interns, organizing trainings, and tracking feedback.
- Join team meetings and actively contribute with insights and learnings.
What you will bring
- Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, with an expected graduation date from December 2026 onward.
- Advanced English proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills for participation in meetings and document reading.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of SharePoint is a plus
- Familiarity with corporate communication tools such as Teams and Outlook.
- Desired: basic understanding of Power BI or a strong interest in learning it.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organization, and a sense of responsibility.
- Empathy and sensitivity, particularly when engaging with Diversity & Inclusion efforts.
- Discretion and ethical mindset when handling sensitive employee data.
