Ensure the use of personal protective equipment and take responsibility for its safekeeping and maintenance;
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective electrical maintenance on production equipment according to maintenance orders or as needed in the case of corrective maintenance;
Monitor the quality of transformer insulating oil at appropriate intervals and intervene preventively or correctively as necessary;
Perform thermography at appropriate intervals and intervene preventively or correctively as necessary;
Provide technical support during the contracting process for preventive maintenance services on the high-voltage network, ensuring appropriate frequency and preventive or corrective intervention as needed;
Measure the grounding resistance at appropriate intervals and intervene preventively or correctively as necessary;
Back up control system programs for production processes to ensure their preservation;
Keep the existing electrical projects in the plant and unit files up to date;
Supervise the unit’s electrical installations;
Oversee electrical maintenance performed by contractors/subcontractors;
Ensure the integrity of equipment and their safety components to provide safe operations for all unit employees;
Assist mechanics with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance;
Issue purchase requests for electrical materials;
Ensure the organization and cleanliness of the maintenance department;
Ensure all electrical power transformer cabins and motor control rooms remain clean;
Monitor the unit’s electricity consumption and power factor;
Promote improvements or suggest ideas within the plant to reduce maintenance costs and improve production process performance;
Maintain records and equipment history as determined in the respective preventive maintenance procedures;
Program the production process control supervisory system in a graphical and connection environment (e.g., Rockwell Software RSView32 and RSLinks);
Program Programmable Logic Controllers in low-level language;
Control inventory items related to mechanical and electrical maintenance;
Responsible for contacting emergency services in case of emergencies and informing superiors of any incidents;
Perform activities in accordance with safety, health, and environmental procedures at all times.

Specific: Course on Safety in Electrical Installations and Services, NR 10.
