Responsibilities:

In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: • Know and comply with Quality, Safety, Occupational Health and Environment policies determined by the company, ensuring that the requirements and standards of the area correspond to the system adopted by the company; • Support the company's security programs through continuous monitoring at the workstations, recording deviations to ensure loss prevention; • Carry out weekly behavioral safety audits based on the requirements established in the internal procedure aiming at the prior identification of behavioral deviations to prevent incidents and accidents; • Conduct weekly audit of PTS-Permission for Safe Work in the industrial and administrative areas of the company that the said document is necessary; • Provide technical support in the AST-Risk Analysis of the Task whenever requested by the areas in order to support the loss prevention measures; • Release PET-Permission Entry and Work in confined space ensuring the necessary security measures for compliance; • Conduct Security Integration training, Risk Analysis and PTS-Permission for Safe Work according to the annual safety training plan of the factory for own and third-party employees; • Perform scheduled security inspections in the areas of the company in order to verify compliance with relevant regulatory requirements; • Comply with and cause the operation, maintenance and other personnel to use PPE and follow the safety rules of the area, recording noncompliance whenever observed to prevent losses, • Perform hot work releases whenever required, checking and monitoring through the use of gas detectors; • Participate in daily operations and maintenance meetings in its area of action in order to provide technical support on security issues and follow up actions to deal with risk conditions in the area; • Participate in weekly maintenance programming meetings in its area of activity to identify and prioritize security service orders; • Conduct monthly meeting of critical analysis of security in its area of operation with the operation and maintenance managers aiming at verification and monitoring of the area's safety indicators; • Conduct a semiannual audit of contractual legal requirements, in order to ensure the monitoring of compliance with the Company's Health and Safety requirements; • Participate in meetings for the preparation and review of internal security procedures in the area in order to compose technical discourses; • Ensure the order, safekeeping and conservation of materials, equipment under their responsibility and the workplace, as well as maintaining the organization of all documentation related to the work process. • Conduct monitoring of EPI-Individual Protection Equipment management in the warehouse sector, taking into account the safety issues related to the identification, testing and stocking of new EPI, equipment supply records in the employee's individual form and CA compliance -Approval certificate; • Carry out incident and accident report data in the SOFT Expert internal tracking system; • Provide technical support to CIPA's work aimed at integrating activities aimed at accident prevention; • Maintain updated data regarding Occupational Safety to attend the e-Social program;Disclaimer:
