Be responsbile for in-app resources, balancing user experience and transaction volume.
Monitor the traffic conversion efficiency across internal and external channels daily, promptly identify reasons for changes and discover business opportunities.
Based on the phased business objectives, complete the design of operation plans, coordinate resources from product, development, and other business departments to promote launch. Use A/B testing and data analysis to quickly gain insights and continuously iterate strategies.
Manage product requirements related to traffic and shopping guide, drive the planning and implementation by the product and research teams, and control launch risks.
Be responsible for innovative projects in the traffic direction, completing project planning and execution.

Work experience in e-commerce/O2O traffic operations, user operations, strategy operations, or related fields.
Strong logical thinking and framework-building skills, able to present work outputs in an organized manner.
Proficient data analysis skills, skilled in using SQL for data extraction, capable of independently completing complex special-topic data analyses.
Strong self-motivation, willing to take on challenges, and responsible for delivering work results.
English and Chinese proficiency sufficient for use as working languages.
