We are looking for a Business Analyst – Remote Position with Strong English Skills (level B2-C1).
Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance customer-facing applications, focusing on administration and configuration components to ensure usability and efficiency.
- Collaborate on Productivity products such as NG Workflow, Documents, and Calendar to deliver high-quality features.
- Decompose complex features into detailed and manageable user stories to facilitate development and testing.
- Track progress meticulously using story points and other Agile metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives to promote continuous improvement.
- Work closely with Product teams to prioritize and deliver ad hoc tasks, managing stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Embrace Agile delivery methodologies, proactively coaching and mentoring colleagues—developers, Product Owners, and Product Managers—to support informed decision-making.
- Prioritize work based on clearly defined value and business impact to maximize deliverables.
- Establish and communicate long-term high-level expectations, adapting as necessary through regular resets.
- Lead program review sessions with Product and Technology leadership to assess feature delivery progress and align on future priorities.
Mandatory Requirements
- Proven experience building customer-facing applications, especially administration and configuration modules.
- Familiarity with Productivity tools: NG Workflow, Documents, Calendar (or similar platforms).
- Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), including setting up and managing Scrum and Kanban boards; ideally with expert knowledge or willingness to develop this expertise.
- Strong ability to decompose features into detailed User Stories.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools, including tracking progress through story points and other metrics.
- Knowledge of Agile ceremonies and best practices.
- Ability to facilitate and chair program reviews with senior leadership.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and coach others on Agile best practices.
- Strong English Skills (level B2-C1).
