We are looking for a Business Process Analyst / Pricing Analyst, to manage customer pricing in support to sales, reporting into the Global Commercial Excellence Team for Industrial Solutions.
The primary responsibility is to manage prices and contracts for the Printing business unit, which includes Cyrel® and Inks, in Latin America region. This person will be the key support for prices in Salesforce Pricing system (business admin) and track metrics in support to sales to improve revenues.
Activities will include:
- Manage the rebate program process in SFDC including accrual and payout setup and settlement, credit note issuance, and monthly accrual reconciliation with the finance team and quarterly reconciliation with the sales team, ensuring that the rebate amount is properly recorded in SFDC.
- Manage sales contracts in collaboration with the legal team to create and update LA contracts (Loan, Supply, Rebate, Consignment, Distribution, Equipment Service, etc.).
- Monthly review with the Asset Coordinator and Equipment Coordinator to review the assets list and link it with the contracts for loan equipment management.
- Regional Business Administrator for Salesforce (SFDC PA) pricing tool, including Approval Flow governance, troubleshooting support, new user training, and annual SFDC PA user view, etc.
- Identify and resolve pricing discrepancies.
- Manage the pricing processes to ensure compliance with the best practices.
- Work closely with the regional sales manager and the sales team to support pricing actions.
- Ensure all activities comply with company internal controls and standards.
- Sales policy annual review with the Sales and CSR team
- Other global projects and ad hoc work activities assigned by the team leader
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of proven experience in pricing and Salesforce pricing management
- Analytical skills, and the ability to look at data from various perspectives
- Ability to understand workflows and processes and follow them
- Ability to use Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to maintain cross-functional relationships with business managers, account managers, product line managers and customer service
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (both oral and written) with account managers
- Strong organizational capability
- Ability to prioritize and provide effective support
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- SFDC / SAP experience is preferred.
