Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Controller to join our team at Wyndham Natal Pitangui in Barra do Rio, Rio Grande do Norte.
MISSÃO DO CARGO
Garantir a saúde financeira, Administrativoe a integridade patrimonial do hotel por meio da gestão estratégica de custos, receitas, investimentos, segurança e conformidade, oferecendo dados confiáveis e suporte sólido à tomada de decisões. Atuar como guardião dos processos contábeis, fiscais, orçamentários e da proteção física dos ativos da empresa.
PRINCIPAIS FUNÇÕES DO CARGO
Gestão Financeira e Orçamentária: Zelar pela elaboração, acompanhamento e análise do orçamento anual (forecast, budget e business plan), monitorando a execução orçamentária, custos e receitas, e propondo ações corretivas. Gerenciar fluxo de caixa, contas a pagar/receber e conciliações bancárias, assegurando equilíbrio financeiro e cumprimento das obrigações. Elaborar relatórios gerenciais, dashboards e análises críticas para subsidiar a gestão do hotel.
Conformidade, Auditoria e Controles Internos: Garantir a acuracidade dos dados contábeis, fiscais e financeiros, respeitando prazos de fechamento e reportes. Assegurar a conformidade com normas legais, fiscais e políticas internas. Apoiar auditorias internas e externas, acompanhando planos de ação e gerindo tributos, contratos administrativos, seguros e patrimônio com responsabilidade e precisão.
Liderança Administrativa e Gestão de Equipes: Liderar as equipes financeira e administrativa, promovendo o desenvolvimento técnico e comportamental e garantindo a qualidade nas entregas. Atuar como referência na cultura de serviços “Conte Comigo”, e realizar plantões de final de semana conforme escala estabelecida.
Segurança Patrimonial e Controle Operacional: Zelar pela segurança patrimonial do hotel, liderando equipes de vigilância, controle de acessos e monitoramento. Implementar planos de prevenção de perdas, controle de chaves, vistoria e movimentação de materiais, garantindo que as práticas estejam alinhadas com os valores da empresa e legislações vigentes. Gerenciar o setor de Achados e Perdidos com controle, registro e devolução adequados.
Relacionamento com Proprietários e Governança Corporativa: Coordenar a equipe da central de relacionamento com o proprietário, garantindo integridade das informações de multipropriedade. Promover, organizar e controlar ações relacionadas a reuniões de conselho e assembleias ordinárias gerais, assegurando boa comunicação e governança junto aos proprietários.
FORMAÇÃO / EXPERIÊNCIA / CONHECIMENTOS
Formação / Área de Estudos/Especialização
- Ensino Superior complete: Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Economia ou áreas afins
- Pós Graduação: Controladoria, Finanças ou Auditoria
Experiência
- Experiência consolidada em controladoria, contabilidade e finanças, preferencialmente no setor hoteleiro ou hospitalidade (2 a 3 anos)
- Experiência em elaboração e acompanhamento orçamentário, gestão de fluxo de caixa e controle patrimonial (2 a 3 anos)
Conhecimentos especificos
- Conhecimentos em legislação trabalhista, fiscal, contábil e tributária.
- Domínio de sistemas ERP, e desejável conhecimento em BI.
- Vivência em auditorias e análises financeiras.
- Vivência com gestão patrimonial, inventários e processos de segurança física e prevenção de perdas
