What You'll Do
- Champion creative excellence in Uber Advertising by delivering inspiring, insight-driven ideas.
- Partner with Sales and Account Management to pitch strategic, big-picture brand opportunities.
- Lead the creation of integrated marketing solutions tied to tentpole moments, seasonal campaigns, and vertical-specific insights.
- Use data and consumer behavior to fuel innovative proposals and partnership stories.
- Present strategic narratives to clients and internal stakeholders with clarity and impact.
- Project manage creative executions, collaborating with in-house or third-party creative partners.
- Build case studies, document best practices, and celebrate success across the Uber platform.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing or brand strategy, preferably within advertising, publisher, or platform environments.
- A background in integrated marketing, with a solid understanding of positioning, creative development, and campaign architecture.
- Experience working in or alongside advertising agencies is a plus.
- Strong grasp of the advertising ecosystem, including category-level insight and consumer behavior.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a love for rolling up your sleeves to build and shape processes.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills-comfortable in front of clients and internal leadership.
- Passion for creativity, technology, and innovation in advertising.
- Experience in a platform, publisher, or creative agency environment.
- Strong business acumen and curiosity for emerging advertising formats.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
- Proven ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse teams.
