  1. Increase penetration rate of Alcoa Commercial Vehicle (Truck-Bus-Trailer) wheels versus steel wheels, by converting fleets from steel wheels to aluminum. (Pull marketing)  
  2. Developing, recommending and executing an approved sales and marketing communications plan for his/her assigned territory consistent with the strategy established by the Commercial Director Europe.
  3. Position Alcoa to obtain the largest possible share of the truckwheel market in the assigned territory at a desirable price. Sales include both trailer OEM and aftermarket (distribution).
  4. Optimize the distribution network for wheels and after-sales and accessory products in the territory.

This position requires a college degree or equivalent and an excellent knowledge of the Company's wheel products, markets and sales policies. The incumbent must be able to develop a sales plan for his/her area of responsibility and assure proper execution of such a plan. The ability to establish a close relationship with major customers and fleets and totally manage his/her accounts is mandatory.
