About Avra
Avra is a deep tech platform powered by foundational AI that translates the complexity of SMBs (Small and Medium Businesses) into strategic decisions for large enterprises.
We develop our own foundational models from the ground up—without relying on third-party solutions—to deliver innovative insights that empower some of the leading enterprises across Latin America.
Today we focus on three main areas: (1) boosting underwriting (by increased recommended credit limits and reduction in delinquency); (2) increasing enterprise revenue through hyper-personalization of offerings to SMBs; and (3) customer segmentation to attract the right kind of SMBs to the sales funnel.
Founded in 2024 by Viviane Meister and Bruno Alano (ex-OpenAI) and accelerated by NVIDIA, AWS and Google.
The Role
This role is for a marketer who loves translating complex technical products into crisp clarity.
You’ll shape how a new made-in-Brazil AI model positions itself with C-Suite and Leaders at top-tier Brazilian companies. You'll be the voice that makes a complex product extremely simple to understand - and a critical force behind our Go To Market strategy.
As our first Marketing hire, you will be pivotal in creating awareness of what we do while accelerating our B2B growth with the right customers.
This is both a strategic and hands-on position, all in Avra style. You will work at a high level: defining our market narrative, positioning our product, adapting as our strategy evolves. And you will get your hands dirty: building creative mock-ups, coordinating events for clients, running our social media platform and working as the company's PR arm.
The ideal candidate must have B2B / enterprise experience.
Responsibilities
Marketing strategy & execution for a new brand in a new segment. You will be running the marketing ship independently, as our first and only marketer. ****Basically, we want you in the arena, owning all marketing efforts for Avra.
Understand our customers to define and adapt our Product Marketing: you will work closely with Product, Sales and Customer Services to understand what our product does, who our purchasers are, how can make it simple to understand and adopt Avra so our marketing fits accordingly. You will draft compelling messaging, support with strategic sales tools (e.g., pitch decks) and support new product launches.
Generate influential marketing content: You will define and be the voice of Avra. You will manage a content strategy that establishes Avra as a thought leader in the AI, fintech and model building space (coordinating blog posts, case studies, leadership articles, whitepapers) in line with our "Build in Public” strategy.
Drive visibility of Avra brand to the right audiences. Use your existing network, build a network and work with our third party PR partner to drive Avra's presence in Media outlets and events. Organise and be present at Avra events to drive successful outcomes.
Own our website and all our social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram).
Own marketing performance & data: take full ownership of marketing KPIs. From the marketing funnel (# leads, numerical assessment of lead quality, conversion, acquisition cost), engagement (brand awareness, success of our communications). You will manage the marketing budget.
Market intelligence: stay on top of industry trends and the competitive landscape.
Design and deliver petit-comité events tailored for our enterprise clients. You will ensure the experience feels high-touch, personalized and relevant. You will craft the event narrative, coordinate logistics, and engage directly with participants to strengthen relationships and showcase Avra’s value.

Requirements
Experience: 4-5 years work experience
Industry: experience in B2B SaaS marketing - specially enterprise. A background in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment is a significant plus.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is great but not required. We care about your track record.
