Your Career
We’re looking for an exceptional marketing executive who can lead our LATAM Marketing organization through Palo Alto Network’s next phase of growth and AI transformation. The Sr. Director of LATAM Marketing will report to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). We are seeking a strategic marketer who is also an inspirational leader with passion, authenticity, great communication skills, and a track record of building strong cross-functional relationships while driving outstanding business results. Are you a sales-oriented, customer-obsessed marketing leader with deep business acumen and disruptive thinking who can lead through change to consistently deliver on aggressive growth targets? Your Impact
Create the LATAM demand generation plan that aligns with strategic growth initiatives, optimizes regional marketing mix, and maximizes ROI.
Accelerate business growth through innovative omni-channel strategies including account based marketing, field marketing, partner marketing, and digital programs that are focused on the end-to-end customer journey to deliver on pipeline and bookings targets.
Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing team of marketers who are able to respond quickly to shifts in the marketplace, disrupt the competition, and blaze new trails with modern, data-driven marketing programs.
Partner closely with sales leadership and additional key stakeholders to drive thought leadership, deepen relationships with CxOs and other decision makers, acquire new logos, and accelerate platform consolidation with existing customers.
Build a highly effective regional marketing operation that scales efficiently, maintains focus on top business priorities, enhances the customer experience, and ensures brand consistency across every touch point.
Qualifications
Your Experience
Over ten years of marketing leadership experience in technology, inspiring teams to do their best work, establishing strong cross-functional relationships, and delivering results at scale.
Subject matter expert with deep understanding of marketing-sourced pipeline creation strategies, tactics and conversion metrics, and a commitment to innovation and growth.
Strong track record of driving marketing excellence, setting clear goals aligned with business priorities, exceeding targets, and developing leaders.
Ability to break through organizational boundaries, foster strong partnerships with key stakeholders, quickly adapt to shifts in the market, and influence executive leaders.
Bachelor's degree in business or technology, MBA preferred.
